The licence

Apple's standard agreement applies.

Your use of the app is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. The terms here add detail about the content and the in-app purchases. Where they conflict, Apple's agreement wins.

Purchases

Two separate one-time purchases.

The CIPP/E question bank and the CIPP/US question bank are non-consumable in-app purchases. Each one unlocks the full question bank for its own exam, on every device signed in to the Apple Account that bought it, with no subscription and no renewal. Payment, restores and refunds are handled by Apple under its own terms. Request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Purchases in the app and purchases on the websites cippe.humenhuk.com and cippu.humenhuk.com are separate. One does not unlock the other.

The content

An independent study aid.

CIPP Prep is an independent study guide with exam-style practice questions. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by IAPP. CIPP/E and CIPP/US are IAPP certifications and trademarks of their owner. The app does not reproduce IAPP training material or live exam questions.

The lessons and questions are checked against the published exam outlines and primary sources, and they are updated with new versions of the app. They are study material, not legal advice, and no result in the app predicts or guarantees an exam result. Check current primary sources before relying on any rule in practice.

The lessons, questions and explanations are the developer's work and are licensed for your personal study. Do not copy, resell or republish them.
